Is there a prerequisite for this course?
There is no required prerequisite for this course, however one of the following options is suggested:
1. Take the basic “Oracle Training Retreat” I offer. The next and only one before this trip takes place March 21-23, 2008. Click Here for Details
2. If you cannot make it to that event, consider doing my “Intuition and Sound Training” which consists of three one-on-one sessions by phone and has similar content. Email me to schedule or click here and scroll down to read more about it.
If neither of these options is chosen then it is asked that you be comfortable receiving and working with intuitive vision, messages, guides, and information comfortably at a basic level (which the above workshop or sessions would offer) so that you can make the most of this retreat.
If I send in a deposit, until what time is it refundable?
Your deposit simply holds your space for this trip until the time the full workshop package is sent out in the Spring of 2008. This package will be due back with the remainder of payment shortly after with signed letter of agreement. When you have signed and returned the full letter of agreement, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Is this a tour?
No. This is a workshop, in place, in Delphi, Greece.
Does the cost include lodging, food, or travel?
No, the cost is solely for attendance of the 5-day workshop.
Will this workshop take place in a hotel?
For the most part this workshop will occur outdoors, at pre-arranged locations which will allow us to actually feel the energy of the place as we work. There will be some indoor sessions. If they are all to occur in one place it will be noted in the workshop information package should you choose to board at that hotel. Your choice of hotel, travel and other arrangements will be up to you, with helpful suggestions given.
Will we eat together?
There will be some optional shared meals. Further information will be included in package.
How can I plan or budget ahead for this trip?
The workshop is designed so that after it is complete people can stay longer in Greece and explore other Oracle sights if so inclined. All information and suggestions will be sent out with the workshop package in the Spring. This trip is purposefully designed to be flexible so that those on a tight budget may make arrangement accordingly, as can those wanting a luxury or extended stay. So the total cost of your trip will depend on where you travel from to Greece, the cost of the hotel you choose, and your other outside expenditures.
Isn’t there any kind of ballpark for the costs I may have for this trip?
My favorite guide books are the Lonely Planet and Rough Guides. The Lonely Planet states, “If you want comfortable rooms and restaurants all the way [in Greece]…you will need close to 130 Euros per day.” (about $200.US) They say that those are high-season rates (july/august) and that couples can get by on less, but it is always nice to aim a bit high. If you eat from grocery stores and stay at a less expensive hotel it could be a good deal less, and of course if you like luxury it could be a good deal more. But at least this is a frame of reference. So, to get your ballpark guess add:
1. Your flight and travel costs from your home to Delphi, Greece.
2. Your number of days (consider extra travel or relaxation days for sure!) times the number above or your guesstimate.
3. Some amount of spending money.
Please keep in mind that the package I send will include helpful suggestions on cheaper flights, favorable hotels, and helpful in-Greece travel information.
