As I write these words at my kitchen table, thunder rolls around me on a cloudy Sunday. Summer is at its height, and the drying grass and fading sweet pea flowers tell me both that the season is changing, and yet that the harvest has just begun…
So too did last night’s full moon, which came arm-in-arm with a powerful solar eclipse, tell me stories of the great change taking a new momentum. The energies are moving even deeper and more richly…and we are about to start vibrating at an even higher rate once again. It has begun. For many of us it is very physically and mentally uncomfortable each time we begin to vibrate at a higher rate than our physical forms ever have before. While the physical and mental align there are difficult moments in which we alternately think we are falling apart or going crazy. It is all part of the death and rebirth we are experiencing individually, and inviting to have happen at the planetary level.
It means that all we have to do is keep stepping forward. Just put one foot in front of the other and do your best to ride the wild waves of your heart and being. Be understanding with your body, and give it love and tenderness. It will transition. It is an amazing organism of the soul, and its full ability to transform and transmute is still not at all understood by science.
In a time of this much power the intentions we set are that much more potent, and at the same time, our release and trust are just as vital. Things will happen just as they should….exactly when they need to, no matter what you do or don’t do. You cannot mess up. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself…and magic will happen.
For magic is needed in these times, and its return in full is imminent. Look for signs.
We build and let go, build and let go in this life, over and over again. When we aren’t building we think we should be. When we aren’t letting go we think we should be. We are always monitoring ourselves and trying to modify. At its heart this is an absolutely beautiful quality…but what if, at this time when energies once again are climaxing at a new level…we decided to let go of that for a while…and just be, and trust. Just focus on what is at hand and do it with the fullness of your heart…whatever you have to give at that moment. Trusting, knowing, that the universe is working for you to make everything align. Our desire to align our own paths through sheer focus and will can be a testimony to the power of god within us, and it can also be can be a blind pouring out of our life force that drains our capacity for simple joy and freedom.
Let go today. Stand under the thunder, or the summer sun, or the great full moon…and offer up your problems and your worries…your dreams and your desires…and let the universe do the rest…
