Here we are friends…the sun is cascading diamonds across the water again. Are we ready to open again? The energies of winter and summer so well embody what happens when we go within and emerge again. Have you noticed that the buds are courageously exposing their color already? That they do so with no promise that the cold will not return again?
No matter how many times we have been “frozen”, we have the choice to open again with a new heart. No matter what suffering, of ourselves or others, seems to be a tidal wave of unimaginable force, we have the choice to slow our breathing down and trust. It occured to me recently that I don’t make prophecies. I see, but I do not foretell that which will be. I share possibilities. We all do.
What possibilities do you want to share with the world today? Know it or not we are constantly broadcasting our energy to the entire world. We have more power than we think. We can be brave and let a new bud begin to peek out from protective coverings…we can risk the exposure in order to blossom. We can trust or we can fear. Those are the two core energies at the root of any thought and action. Choose trust today. Notice what drives you and whether you like where you are headed. Trust and love are big enough to encompass any fear, and hold it gently until it dissolves. We just have to make the invitation.
Think of this as spring unfolds carefully and yet with absolute abandon and effortless instinct. We are like this too.
