The days seem full of shifting energies, intensity rising and falling. For a conscious soul it is so often mind-burning and heart-aching. Feeling the tidal shifts of energy move through our world, and through the entire universe like colossal winds of change. From one morning to the next nothing is the same, and sometimes from one moment to the next in a palpable way. This has been true forever, but it is so obvious now…so clear that what we sense now is related to such important and pivotal changes in consciousness. We know we are marching on some important journey, and yet we sometimes feel lost as if we may have gotten off the path and no longer know if we are truly helping or not.
You are. Even if the grief or pain of the universe descends on you, your ancient heart knows better. Your ancient heart has seen all of this…and it has seen the future and knows how the story “ends”. So it can sing you to bed at night when you feel uneasy and call to you when you can’t remember who you are. All you have to do is make your environment, without and within, quiet enough so that you can recognize its song.
There is nothing in this great shifting that the ancient heart doesn’t understand. It is well versed in all things new and extraordinary from the moment of their conception. It knows all the old stories, and writes all the new ones, and contains deeply the peace we so strive for. Instead of looking for what is missing in your life, look for what is there that obstructs your view of the fact that you are already complete, and whole. Clear your view so you can see your ancient heart, so you can hear it singing to you, and in every darkest space feel its radiant love.
