When I got home from running errands today I opened the door of my car to find a bald eagle flying right across the path of a late-day moon in a soft blue sky. It is windy enough to make white caps all around our usually-whispering sea, and the eagle was gliding in the winds for a long time while I watched. What I felt most was its joy at barely moving, as if the effort it took to fly and the strength of the wind were so perfectly matched that it was a dance, or a love making.
This is a month where the energy waves are strong like this wind, and like the eagle we can glide on them. We have two eclipses this month, a lunar and solar, as well as a powerful alignment. Each of these events is what I would call a stargate. Yes, similar to the movie. An energetic gateway that opens and that we are welcome to travel through.
What will we find on the other side? Well, quite an altered reality in fact. Our altered reality. Things may look somewhat the same on the outside, but the very structure and fiber of how we experience the world will feel different. We may find ourselves saying or doing things we never thought we would. We may leave behind some things and some people when we cross through the gates, but we will find others on the other side.
These eclipses and alignments, like all of them, are like sacred geometries in the sky. They focus and amplify energies that we can either choose to participate with or not. They are like the universe pressing acupressure or acupuncture points to open up flows of usable energy, and to send messages about what is coming next, and to bless us and prepare us for it.
You don’t have to decide consciously about how you want to work with the energies, because your soul will decide unconsciously either way, but here is an idea if you decide you want to anyway.
Begin to imagine.
Just that, in essence. Begin to imagine what could come next for you in new ways. Begin to imagine what might come next for the world or the universe in new ways. Not based on the past or what seems possible based on practicality. Imagine what would be fantastic. Yes, fantasize about your future. As the energies descend or as your soul decides where to go with these stargates, it will get these messages and incorporate them into your reality. Imagine it in the most delicious, lush way you possibly can. Every time you dream you open. Every time you open there is more space for miracles.
