What is Sound Healing?
People have used sound for healing and religious experience for thousands of years. When used in this way sound is the medium through which the gateways are opened between the visible world of everyday life and the unseen world of spirit. Through those gateways we can receive profound guidance, soul wisdom, and healing.
The Upanishads say that there are two ways of knowing reality: "one is through sound and the other is through silence. It is through sound that we arrive at silence."
